Instructions

Donut Batter:

  1. Combine almond flour and no calorie sugar. Set off to the side.

  2. Combine eggs, milk, vanila extract, and baking soda.

  3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until a thick batter is formed.

  4. Add to a plastic bag or piping bag (to make it eaiser to put the batter in the donut pan).

  5. Cut the tip off the plastic bag/piping bag and pipe out the batter into greased donut pan.

  6. Bake donuts in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.

Chocolate Icing:

  1. Whisk together no calorie powdered sugar and cocoa powder.

  2. Add milk slowly and whisk until desired texture is achieved.

Vanila Icing:

  1. Whisk together milk and no calorie powdered sugar.

  2. Add vanilla extract and whisk until combined.

Cinamon Sugar Topping:

  1. Whisk together no calorie sugar and cinamon together.

Assemble:

  1. Dip donuts in chosen icing/topping.
